Welcome to Richard. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of richard-ca.com and all services we offer. Please read them carefully before registering an account. By creating an account and using our platform, you're agreeing to everything in this document. If you don't agree, don't register.
Richard operates in compliance with Canadian provincial gambling laws. Players in Ontario are served under the regulatory framework of iGaming Ontario.
To use Richard, you must meet all of the following requirements:
We verify age and identity during registration. If we discover at any point that you don't meet these requirements, we'll close your account and return any remaining balance, subject to our verification and AML obligations.
You can only hold one account at Richard. Creating duplicate accounts is not allowed and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts involved.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and vary by payment method. These are displayed at the time of transaction. We don't charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or payment provider might.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for your deposit wherever possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a preference. Processing times vary by method. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 48 hours of approval, but banking timelines are outside our control.
From time to time, Richard offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Every promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds where applicable.
You need to read the terms of any bonus before you claim it. Bonuses are not guaranteed and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if we believe it's being abused or claimed in bad faith.
Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first. Bonus funds are used after your real money balance reaches zero, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

If we detect any of these activities, we'll suspend your account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if required by law.
All games on Richard use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Our games are tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fair outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.
In the event of a technical fault or error during a game, the round will be considered void and any bets placed will be returned. We're not responsible for losses caused by network interruptions on your end.
Everything on richard-ca.com, including the design, logos, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Richard or our licensors. You can't copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission. Using our content for commercial purposes without authorisation is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.
Richard provides its services on an "as is" basis. We don't guarantee that the site will be available 100% of the time or that it will be free from errors. We're not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of technical issues, service interruptions, or factors outside our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Richard will not exceed the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of the province in which you reside. Ontario players are subject to the dispute resolution process established by iGaming Ontario.

We can update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Richard after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We'll process your request and return any remaining real money balance after completing any required verification checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.
We can also close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if we're required to by law or a regulatory authority, or if we decide to stop offering services in your jurisdiction.
